The Bin 8888 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a pedigree blood line with the 2009 vintage scoring 94 points from James Halliday, Gold at the Qantas Wine Show 2010 and 5 Stars & nominated Wine of the Year by Winestate Magazine.

The 2011 Vintage is now available for domestic and international markets.

The Western Australian winery already has international offices in Hong Kong and China and are proud to announce the opening of their new UK office.

Brygon Reserve UK/Europe is headed up by Gail Gilbert, who was instrumental in developing Brown Brothers UK/Europe Sales Office as Sales and Marketing Director. Gail has over 20 years’ experience in the industry with major brand responsibility of sales and marketing strategies for Penfold’s, Wynn’s, Seaview and other major brands.

Gail’s new role with Brygon Reserve Wine will be to launch in UK and selected European markets via appropriate wholesale/retail channels, and building to a broader European base as profile and distribution base develops. This new role will prove challenging, rewarding and as much fun as working in the wine industry always does.

Gail will be presenting Brygon Reserve and participating in most major wine roadshows and tasting events across Scandinavia in 2014-15 and developing distribution partnerships in UK.

Brygon Reserve Wines enjoy a spectacular debut of their new “Regional Series” by receiving five Winestate medals and four “Top 40 Best Buys in Australia” in the Best Value Under $20 Category at the Winestate New Release Challenge.

The 2012 Clare Valley Riesling is now qualified for listing in the 2014 Winestate Annual Edition and nominated for ‘Best of Style” and “Best of South Australia”.

All of the “Regional Series” winning wines will be featured in the December / October edition of Winestate Magazine.

Whilst Margaret River remains the backbone of Brygon Reserve, this exciting new direction for the winery has seen the dynamic company team up with some of the most highly awarded and respected vineyards in the country.

A handpicked collection of eight signature wines were blended and created, showcasing the distinctive character of each iconic wine growing region of Australia. Each parcel of fruit was carefully chosen to produce high end, cool climate, elegant fruit driven wines.

BRYGON RESERVE GOLD LABEL CHARDONNAY 2009 has won the prestigious trophy ‘Best Wine of Show’ at one of Asia’s biggest wine competitions, the Hong Kong International Wine Challenge 2013.

The international wine show which is co-organised by the Hong Kong Sommelier Association attracts high-calibre wine producers and sommeliers from every corner of the globe.

The trophy winning ‘Gold Label Chardonnay 2009’ beat over 300 wines from around the world and will now be served at the Gala Dinner attracting VIP guests, government officials and international press.

Brygon Reserve entered four wines into the wine challenge and all four wine were awarded medals.

Further award winners are Flying High Shiraz 2009, Flying High Shiraz Cabernet 2009, Harlequin Cabernet Sauvignon 2010.

Earlier this year Gold Label Chardonnay also won a double gold “Top 100 & Blue Gold” at the 2013 Sydney International Wine Competition.
