Overview:“The King of Wines
Brygon Reserve The Bruce is inspired by Robert The Bruce King of Scotland (1274 – 1329) Defeated at battle, ‘KING ROBERT THE BRUCE, found refuge in a cave. While resting he watched a spider spinning a web. The Spider fell down time after time, but finally succeeded. THE BRUCE then decided to re-enter his battle and told his men “IF AT FIRST YOU DON’T SUCCEED TRY TRY AND TRY AGAIN!”
Tasting Note:Aromas of white stone fruit and citrus with subtle flinty notes.
The textural palate displays fresh and vibrant lemon-lime flavours, with white peach and a touch of cashew nut. Clean and crisp on the finish.
